Neon Arcade Event Guide and Decklists • Events • MTG Arena Zone

For the next few weeks, you’ll be able to win a bunch of new card styles in the Neon Arcade Event! This event is Alchemy Singleton, but with a twist! You have a High Score emblem that every time you cast a spell that’s more expensive than the number of charge counters on your emblem, you get Treasure to make up the difference! This will allow decks to hit their curve faster and reward those builders who have a well balanced curve!

Event Details

The Neon Arcade is the hottest spot for the best players in the city. Are you a whiz at pinball? A fighting game master? A hero of jukebox dance-offs? No matter your play style, this is where you can turn that skill into ultimate gaming glory. So, drop in your corner, rack up all the points you can, and shoot for the stars!

  • Duration: March 4, 2022 @ 8:00 AM PST to March 18, 2022 @ 8:00 AM PST

Neon Arcade Alchemy Singleton Decklists (March 2022)

Neon Arcade Mono White Aggro

by DoggertQBones

7 myth

9 unusual

21 common

60 Cards
$134.5

7 cards
$2.79

Players going for the High Score may be looking to go big, and if they are, we go under! Mono White is always a great option for nearly any event as it’s fast, punishing, and can get you your wins quickly.

Neon Arcade Mono Blue Tempo

by DoggertQBones

6 legendary

15 uncommon

8 unusual

31 common

60 Cards
$139.53

7 cards
$2.93

It’s not often you get to play Mono Blue, but with the amount of cheap interaction and solid threats you have, this seems like a solid time to bring it!

Neon Arcade Mono Black Midrange

by DoggertQBones

8 myth

18 uncommon

10 unusual

24 common

60 Cards
$217.94

7 cards
$2.89

If you want to have balanced matchups and a solid strategy, Mono Black is your go to. With a solid curve, plenty of early plays, and a good late game, this should be a solid choice for the event.

Neon Arcade Mono Red Aggro

by DoggertQBones

11 myth

14 uncommon

11 uncommon

24 common

60 Cards
$126.58

7 cards
$2.79

Like Mono White Aggro, it’s easy to get under the clunky decks with Mono Red! Get on board fast, hit them hard, kill them before they get to their expensive spells!

Neon Arcade Mono Green Stompy

by DoggertQBones

4 legendary

26 uncommon

4 unusual

26 common

60 Cards
$165.35

7 cards
$2.83

Every once in a while you can play all the mono colored decks in an event and this is one of them! Mono Green has a really solid curve that can be punishing, but has a better late game than Mono Red or Mono White if you want a bit more insurance against the slow decks.

Neon Arcade Boros Aggro

by DoggertQBones

7 myth

27 uncommon

9 unusual

17 common

60 Cards
$141.76

7 cards
$2.79

If you want the power and speed of both Mono White and Mono Red, why not just play both! Boros Aggro has the best offerings of each color as well as some powerful multicolor options at the small tradeoff of less consistent mana.

Neon Arcade Gruul Werewolves

by DoggertQBones

9 mythical

24 uncommon

7 unusual

20 common

60 Cards
$202.73

7 cards
$2.79

Gruul Werewolves is already one of the best decks in Alchemy so why not play it here? Great curve, powerful threats, and strong synergies are always a strong choice for any event.

Neon Arcade Orzhov Midrange

by DoggertQBones

8 myth

21 uncommon

10 unusual

21 common

60 Cards
$194.51

7 cards
$2.93

If you like the play style of Mono Black midrange, but want something with more oomph, Orzhov has you covered. With better removal spells and grindy tools, Orzhov is this format’s premiere anti-creature deck while still having game against the rest of the format.

Neon Arcade Azorius Control

by DoggertQBones

6 legendary

21 uncommon

12 common

21 common

60 Cards
$156.61

7 cards
$2.93

If you like classic Control strategies, it’s hard to go wrong with Azorius! With plenty of counterspells, wraths, and cheaper interaction, Azorius can be strong against fast and slow decks alike!

Neon Arcade Izzet Control

by DoggertQBones

4 legendary

20 uncommon

11 uncommon

25 common

60 Cards
$151.55

7 cards
$2.93

My personal choice for this event and the archetype I used back in the Decathlon event, Izzet is a great control option that plays enough power cards to outmuscle the slower decks of the format.

Neon Arcade Dimir Control

by DoggertQBones

5 legendary

21 uncommon

12 common

22 common

60 Cards
$195

7 cards
$3.03

If you want a classic control deck, but want cheaper interaction, Dimir is a great option. You lose the wraths from Azorius, but having a good answer at every point in the curve should not be underestimated.

Neon Arcade Simic Ramp

by DoggertQBones

7 myth

18 uncommon

11 uncommon

24 common

60 Cards
$214.22

7 cards
$10.35

For the final deck of the list, we have the biggest archetype in the format! Simic Ramp has a lot of ways to get ahead on mana, and if you do, you can very easily overpower the other archetypes by playing bomb after bomb!
